You further expand the overall internal control system (IKS) of BLG LOGISTICS on the basis of essential business processes and accompany processes along the Group-wide governance, risk and compliance structure. Process improvement: Actively assist in optimizing the integrated GRC tool and perform tests to evaluate the design and effectiveness of the implemented control instruments and thus ensure process compliance. Further development: Continuously maintain the risk control matrix and ensure that the departments or Continuously update and perform control activities and document process-related contents. Advice: In cooperation with risk management, information security management and compliance management, you will be able to consult our specialist areas in the analysis and risk assessment of processes and the further development of internal control systems.
