As IT Application and Security Specialist (m/w/d), you are the first contact point for our colleagues on all issues related to IT. With your specialist knowledge, you will ensure a smooth IT operation and support our colleagues in the use of our systems.

• IT support, user support, Modern Workplace (MS 365) Account Administration and 1st / 2nd level support for internal IT requests
• Responsible for managing mobile devices under iOS (DEP, MDM, MAM)
• Responsible for operating Checkpoint Endpoint Protection for Windows and iOS
• Management of the HP Connect solution for the BIOS update of our devices
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of jobs (hardware and software) as well as our printer infrastructure
• Care, care and further development of Microsoft Teams Telephony in the company
• Working with the management and optimization of IT infrastructure (e.g. Windows, Office applications, inventory) and update rollout (WSUS)
• Defining, adjusting and setting up group policies in the domain / Configuration policies in Intune
• Cooperation with IT projects and the introduction of new technologies
• Documentation of IT processes and creation and maintenance of instructions for the internal knowledge database

What you bring

• Complete training in IT, e.g. as a specialist informant or comparable qualification
• Very good knowledge of common IT systems, in PC hardware and associated peripheral devices, Microsoft Windows (10/11) and iOS.
• Found experience in Enduser Support (1st and 2nd level)
• Good knowledge of the installation and configuration of hardware and software (e.g. Windows, Office applications, Teams Phones and TeamsRooms)
• High problem-solving competence, customer orientation and responsibility
• Joy in solving technical problems and in helping colleagues
• High level of service orientation, reliability and structured operation
• Intrinsic motivation, flexibility and team player skills
• Embossed communication skills in German and English (word and writing)
