A variety of tasks: You carry out all shopping activities in the Construction and Facility Management department, from tenders to negotiations to market analyses and contract design. Strong supplier relationships: You build a network of high-performance partners, reflect these relationships in a sustainable way, always looking at quality and economy. Close cooperation: You are the first contact person for our departments and explain procurement processes and policies transparently and understandably. Structured approach: You develop annual plans to optimize our procurement costs and drive improvements in a targeted way. Processes at a glance: You analyze existing processes, identify potential for improvement and shape our internal procurement processes more efficiently. Making success measurable: You monitor relevant KPIs, derive concrete measures and actively pursue our purchasing strategy.

Your educational path: You have completed a degree in economics, ideally focusing on purchasing or supply chain management. Alternatively, you bring a comparable training. Your strengths: You have several years of experience in indirect purchasing with a focus on building or facility management. You bring negotiation skills, a pronounced analytical way of thinking and a solution-oriented look. Your profile: You go new ways, question existing processes and implement optimizations in a targeted manner. Your work is economical, service-oriented and efficient. With ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, you know yourself, and your knowledge of German and English is secure.
