Supporting Scrum Master at ZEISS Group's Semiconductor Mask Solutions Business Unit at Jena You will take the ongoing transformation towards an agile organization and advise on the implementation of new approaches in our development projects as part of industrialisability. In particular, the following important tasks include: You take responsibility for the Scrum framework, as well as the active organization and moderation of the scrum events, such as Sprint Reviews, Backlog Refinement, Dailies, Sprint Planning and Retrospectives
