As a deputy market leader, you are an important part of the leadership team and take responsibility for employees, processes and economic results. Participate - Your Tasks

Together with the construction market management, you form the management team and are responsible for the commercial, human and administrative management. For the success of our hagebaumarkt you keep an eye on business development, take appropriate measures and support the daily business. In the area and assortment design, you will ensure optimal product presentation and availability. You will develop creative sales ideas, sales promotions and promotions. Your competent customer advice guarantees the best service for our customers.

You have completed commercial training and several years of professional experience in the retail trade, preferably in the construction market sector. Ideally, you have first leadership experience and experience authentically. Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as a high degree of sense of responsibility belong to your personality. You are able to transfer your enthusiasm for trade to the employees and motivate them. High readiness, flexibility and loyalty are of course for you.
