Since we are now more than 250 exceptional employees: inside, we are looking for you as a “right hand of the CEO”: As Chief of Staff (m/w/d), you are strongly influenced by our success: You are responsible for the process of developing and implementing our annual strategy. You leverage our CEO and control selected high-impact projects. You are driving the topic of “sustainability” in new and existing engagements. We currently achieve excellent results in our 3 main objectives: sales growth, customer satisfaction & employees:in-satisfaction – and at a constant pace of change and optimization. You are responsible for our annual strategy process: to really achieve our great Vision2030, tax and control the measurable progress of our annual missions on your way there. You organize and improve the relevant processes, decision routines and control systems. With all stakeholders, you create transparency about our steps towards the summit. You leverage our CEO: Help our CEO focus on high-impact topics. To do this, you prepare management meetings, offsites & workshops and ensure the follow-up of priorities. In addition, you will create high-quality presentations and decision bases, from inspiring Town Hall meetings to critical management meetings. You control selected high-impact projects: You control selected projects that do not fit into a clear business area or support the business units. Project examples are: build a self-optimizing system to continuously reduce interface friction between business areas. Development of a business case for our solar engagement in Vietnam. Analysis & Degradation of growth barriers for our travel products. You increase the sustainability of our Group: You see more than warm words in the topic of “sustainability”. You want real social & ecological impact. For this reason, you take the content management for this business area. You develop high-performance systems for the planning and optimization of our various sustainability engagements and control them proactively. The measurable impact results are made internally and externally transparent.

The tasks mentioned here will fulfill you with “Yes! Yes! Yes!” You bring at least 3 years of relevant professional experience Ideally, you have experiences with fast-growing or operating companies, such as Scale-Ups, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Business Development, etc. You do not need any experience from travel companies You draw from a structured way of thinking and clear communication In stressful situations you keep a cool head and can prioritize You bring an operational decision-making capability with an analytical vision You have a positive basic attitude and quick conception You are clear in the matter, but friendly in shape You feel comfortable in both analytical and operational activities You really want to shape the company
