You are responsible for our annual strategy process: to really achieve our great Vision2030, tax and control the measurable progress of our annual missions on your way there. You organize and improve the relevant processes, decision routines and control systems. With all stakeholders, you create transparency about our steps towards the summit. You leverage our CEO: Help our CEO focus on high-impact topics. To do this, you prepare management meetings, offsites & workshops and ensure the follow-up of priorities.
