Thanks to you, our Analytics Suite Mapp runs perfectly and efficiently: you support your operation effectively and drive the implementation and configuration of the Adobe Experience Platform and associated Adobe components in particular. You develop innovative and effective tracking strategies and concepts, accompany their introduction in every step and close with colleagues from business and IT areas, both nationally and globally. We have the perfect overview, because you not only provide accurate data for our campaigns, but also provide concise reports and analyses that make our digital processes even better – always with an eye for the respective privacy policies. And of course, you'll take our Customer Journey Experts under your hands when using the tracking solution, train them comprehensively and help them with all questions about report creation and application.

Complete studies in economics or a comparable qualification with long-term relevant professional experience – also in consultation Funded knowledge in Mapp Analytics and Adobe Analytics / CJA as well as in dealing with day management systems Practice in the development of tracking concepts and strategies as well as in the field of web tracking and digital analytics Good know-how in data layer concepts, the API connection of tracking data, server side tracking, data integration and A/B testing Trusts with content management systems and data protection requirements Presentation, moderation and stakeholder management skills Communication skills, in particular in the communication of complex issues to technical and non-technical target groups Conflict and ready to share knowledge with others Ability to think beyond your own horizon and develop sustainable solutions German and English flowing in word and writing
