Employee Export, Planning and Reporting in Breckerfeld (m/f/d)

Export (approximately 50%) Organisation and coordination of international exports as well as on-time shipping. Creation, testing and management of export, customs and transport documents. Ensure compliance with customs, external economic and export controls. Regular communication with freight forwarders, customs authorities, customers and internal specialist departments. Processing of export-relevant enquiries and support in solving logistical challenges. Maintenance of export-relevant master data and participation in the continuous optimization of processes. Planning & Reporting (approx. 50%) Creation, analysis and maintenance of planning, inventory and supply chain key figures. Development and development of reports, dashboards and KPI evaluations in Microsoft Power BI. Processing, modeling and analysis of large amounts of data in Microsoft Excel using Power Pivot. Supporting demand, inventory and sales planning through forecasts and data-based analyses. Identification of optimization potentials within the supply chain and deriving concrete recommendations for action. Close cooperation with the fields of supply chain, warehouse, customer service, finance and sales. Support in the development of data-driven decision and reporting structures.

Successfully completed commercial training or studies with a focus on logistics, supply chain management, business management or a comparable discipline. Professional experience in the field of export, foreign trade or supply chain management. Knowledge of international shipping and customs processing. Very good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, especially Power Pivot, data modeling and complex data analysis. Experience in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards with Microsoft Power BI. Embossed analytical skills as well as safe handling of key figures and large amounts of data. Good knowledge of English in word and writing. Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation. High level of self-initiative and the ability to drive tasks independently. Ideally knowledge of SAP S/4HANA. Experience with AEB or comparable customs and foreign trade solutions is advantageous.
