You are the heart of our accounting. With your attention to detail, you make sure that all numbers are correct and everything goes smoothly. Your structured way of working and your sense of priorities will help you keep an overview even in stressful times. Whether it's about handling bills, voting accounts, or supporting tax issues – you're actively packing up and bringing order to chaos. What awaits you?

• Continuous accounting (debitors, creditors, bank, cash register)
• Cooperation in insurance broker-specific accounting
• preparation of documents for the tax advisor
• Monthly and annual accounts support
• Implementation of payment and reminding
• Account adjustments in debitor, creditors and personnel
• Maintenance of master files and digital files
• General commercial activities in daily business
• Support in the production of business evaluations and reports

What should you bring?

• You have a completed commercial training with a focus on accounting, a tax specialist or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in accounting/invoicing, ideally in services
• You master MS Office, especially Ecxel
• Structured, reliable and independent operation
• discretion and sense of responsibility
• Team skills and communication strength
