You assume the end-to-end responsibility for the design, optimization and digitization of accounting processes (Record- to- Report, Purchase- to- Pay, Order- to- Cash) at home and abroad In our ERP implementation project, you take a key role by addressing the technical control including request, process design, test management and quality assurance. You analyze existing processes, identify weaknesses, risks and compliance gains, and make concrete improvements You design and integrate new automatized workflows and group-wide process standards and develop KPIs, control mechanisms and risk management tools for future-oriented accounting You work closely with Accounting, Controlling, Tax and other internal editing points In addition, you build a complete process governance framework, including process documentation, training materials and binding guide lines You actively accompany other areas of expertise in the transformation process and manage change management

You know how to use efficient ERP systems and common process design methods You have already achieved sustainable success by raising accounting processes to the next level and/or in complex (ERP) transformations, e.g. in the SAP environment or other digitalization projects You bring years of professional experience in accounting, which you have collected ideally in international matrix organisations You understand accounting risks, intercompany processes and monthly accounts, and know-how in IFRS, HGB and internal control systems with You communicate confidently across organizational levels, also at international level, and can win others for you and convince your ideas You feel comfortable in a dynamic and complex environment and have very good knowledge of German and English You are characterized by an analytical way of thinking and a conservative strength, are high-reaction and also find the right solution in complex questions.
