Network care: You actively support and expand a resilient network of journalists and opinion leaders and build long-term, trusting relationships. Agency Control: You coordinate and control our PR agencies in Italy and France and ensure smooth, targeted cooperation. Event and brand activations: You are actively involved in the organization and execution of events and brand activations from the concept to the implementation on site. Editorial and Theme Planning: You are responsible for strategic thematic planning and the most attentive, relevant press information that effectively transports our brand messages. Performance Monitoring: You continuously monitor and analyze all PR activities with a clear focus on performance optimization and ROI. General press work: You carry out operations in the field of press work, including the care of journalists and the creation and dispatch of press releases.

Qualification: You have a degree in communication, PR, journalism, marketing or comparable qualifications Professional experience: Your multi-year professional experience in PR work is ideally completed in the beauty or FMCG area of an agency or in the company Language skills: You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing; further language skills would be advantageous Communication strength: Your excellent text security and your sense of relevant topics as well as experience in building and nurturing media contacts characterize you Organizational talent: Structured operation and experience in the event organization also on site and coordination of external service providers is not a problem for you. Personality: A self-employed, solution-oriented way of working, team spirit and communication at eye level Passion: Your enthusiasm for natural cosmetics and authentic brand communication is contagious
