Projektmanager (m/w/d)

You process enquiries, orders and complaints across all communication channels and make sure that continuous availability is guaranteed during the agreed working hours. Your core tasks include the planning, control and support of all customer orders from order acceptance to delivery, including the processing of invoices and credits in first instance You advise our customers on their own and on demand by phone to products, prices, delivery times and services within the framework of the specified guidelines In customer and team-oriented cooperation, you act as an interface between all sales channels, other specialist departments and engage customers from firmly assigned regions If necessary, you will take special tasks and additional functions to contribute to a smooth operation

A completed commercial training and multi-year relevant professional experience that will help you successfully master the daily challenges Customer contact and phoneing will give you pleasure, and you are able to solve customer requests quickly and effectively You are safe in handling SAP and MS Office, as well as first points of contact with Salesforce / OneCRM are of advantage You have strong communication and negotiation skills that will help you identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions Good English skills in word and writing allow you to communicate effectively with international teams
