With your ability to see customer and employee journeys not only end-to-end, but also to shine through quality and efficiency, our customer and product processes in the COO Home (immobility financing) are in your best hands. In the jigsaw of our process sequences you recognize the big one in the small one, you do not miss any optimization potential and you have fun in deepening yourself in automation strategies, such as straight-through processing. To do this, you will evaluate efficiency indicators and STP rates, optimize and model business processes in BPMN 2.0 and launch optimal workflow-based processes with Camunda. Communication, coordination and the common goal are your key to success: you work in the team with professional colleagues from building finance, product management and IT and accompany the projects from their beginning to the successful conclusion. Through wise change management and innovative change concepts, you are driving the customer and product processes decisively, putting impetus and writing not only collaboration, but always placing people at the centre of your action. Your results are value-adding and at eye level with the relevant stakeholders. It is clear that not only excellent process thinking, but also empathy and communicative and co-ordinative skills are required.

Completed studies or training in BWL, Computer Science or Business Informatics Multiannual professional practice with comprehensive knowledge in modelling / consulting / development in BPMN 2.0 processes Practical knowledge in Camunda BPM or comparable process engines, understanding of business processes, process optimization and process mining Experience in a professional environment with a very high degree of digital automation Embossed analytical skills (sound-actual comparisons) and know-how in the restructuring of complex process attitudes Conceptual skill and very structured approach in the identification of process innovations Embossed team and communication skills, solution-oriented working Ability to think beyond your own horizon and develop sustainable solutions Very good German and English in word and writing
