For our logistics location in Hamburg-Lohbrügge (Osterrade 53, 21031 Hamburg) we are looking for you as an experienced

Technical Service Expert (m/w/d)

Your chance: In this newly created position you play an important role in building our technical service area. You work with state-of-the-art simulation systems, support customers in the DACH region during commissioning and service operations, and ensure that our products work reliably.

Your tasks: Installation, commissioning and maintenance of medical simulation systems

Error diagnosis and repair of hardware and software components

Maintenance, calibration and software and firmware updates

Documentation of service cases and technical measures

Technical instruction and training of customers

Support for sales in product demonstrations

Management of spare parts and service equipment

Participation in the construction and further development of our service area (contact partner for technical questions, development of service processes and maintenance standards as well as technical documentation)

Close cooperation with sales, product management and logistics

Travel activity – planned with approx. 25% working time by agreement/required

Your profile: Successfully completed vocational training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, IT or a comparable qualification

Experience in technical service, support or field service

Joy in troubleshooting and problem solving

Customer and service orientation combined with high quality standards

readiness to travel

Good German in Word and Writing, English knowledge of advantage

Secure handling of MS Office, SAP knowledge of advantage

Self-employed and structured work
