Our client is a renowned medium-sized company that has been successfully operating worldwide for decades. The company develops, produces and sells high-quality complete systems, is technologically leading and growing in its market segment. As part of the further development of the structures, we are looking for the expertly and personally convincing Head of Logistics (m/w/d) at the location in Bavaria at the earliest possible time.

Total responsibility for the smooth, error-free and timely execution of all logistics processes Leadership and motivation of the team in terms of a timely, correct and efficient shipping process Building clear structures, processes and responsibilities in the team Analysis of key figures and (pragmatic) process optimization in logistics Coordination of material and vehicle movements taking into account optimal planning and disposition Optimization of spare parts logistics (storage, packaging) Cooperation with central interfaces Compliance with statutory regulations (quality, environment, occupational safety)

Empathic, strong and practical leadership with high social competence, sense of responsibility and clear customer and solution orientation Successfully completed technical or commercial training; ideally additional qualification as technician or master (m/w/d) or Studies in Logistics Multiannual, very practical professional and leadership experience in logistics Very good knowledge of the optimization of material flows and storage processes Comprehensive experience with common ERP and planning programs, preferably SAP Safe handling of current MS Office products Good knowledge of German and English
