Strategic and operational advice on individual and collective labour law topics incl. Tariff, social security and wage tax law Central employee for defined business areas and independent supervision of this Negotiation, creation and harmonisation of operating and total operating arrangements Work law support and consulting of IT projects and system introductions Consultation in restructuring, changes in operation and transitions acc. §613a and transformation processes incl. Compensation of interests and social plans Preparation and monitoring of negotiations with works councils, trade unions and SBV Guided Labour Court Procedures including the creation of fonts, the perception of court appointments, the management of comparative practices and the control of external law firms Developing standards, patterns and guidelines Analysis of legal changes & case law incl. deriving practical recommendations In addition, depending on the experience and seniority, you take the following tasks: Advising management in complex, strategic labour law issues Leading role in transformation and co-determination projects Further development and harmonisation of labour law standards across several units

Completed study of law (full legal expert:in) or comparable study with relevant experience in labour law, ideally in the business or business environment Found experience in cooperation with co-determination bodies and safe in collective labour law and complex stakeholder structures Practical experience in IT, digitalization or transformation projects with co-determination and high IT affinity for labour law issues Experience in independent labour law consulting of companies or clients with practical, implementation-oriented solutions Very good German and negotiated English skills as well as a sovereign appearance in challenging conversation situations Representative communication, cooperation and conflict resolution competence Strong negotiating skills and persuasiveness, even in sensitive situations Safe handling of MS 365 and digital work environments
