Within 12 months we prepare you for your new profession in a well-founded retraining – with a lot of practice, modern technology and close personal accompaniment. During your functional training, you will receive a customized entry fee in a train to 01.10.2026. After successful completion of the training, your salary will be increased to the entry level of the target activity. The corresponding annual gross salary* is currently between: 50,000 and 55,000 euros This is what awaits you in retraining:

One-year retraining (39 hours/week) with theoretical and practical phases During the practical phases, you already work in the 3-shift model including supplements and are trained by an experienced person from the practice placement team The training place for the theoretical teaching units is Frankfurt am Main, we are trying to implement your practice assignments as close as possible to our S-Bahn network Small training classes with about 12 participants and modern learning tools such as simulators, tablets and digital training systems With successful completion of the final exams, you will qualify for independent driving and receive an unlimited contract of employment

After your retraining, you take the following activities:

Make sure our travelers reach their destination safely, on time and conveniently The testing of the technology, the digital equipment such as the passenger information systems of your vehicle and its cleanliness are your personal responsibility In challenging situations, you meet self-founded decisions in the sense of security, the client, and take into account economic aspects

You are at least 20 years old and have a recognised school degree, ideally supplemented by a successfully completed vocational training In addition, you master the German language very well in word and writing and can prove a language certificate (at least B1) Learning, reliability, interest and commitment are of course for you A current excerpt from the driver's register can be submitted by you.
