Heating Service Technician - Factory Customer Service / Heat Pump / Installation (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the professional commissioning, assembly and maintenance of our biomass heating systems and heat pumps directly at our customers. First contact person:in analysis You provide technical problems, advise our customers: competently and provide sustainable solutions. You plan and coordinate your services independently and ensure efficient tour planning in your region. You document your service reports carefully and ensure complete tracking and high service quality. In addition, you will be able to provide scheduled call service after consultation to ensure our customer service even outside regular times.

You have completed technical training, e.g. as a heater:in, electrical technician:in or mechatronic:in. First professional experience in customer service is a plus. You enjoy direct customer contact and solve technical problems with a high service idea. An independent and structured way of working distinguishes you, as you plan your service tasks independently. You provide a high level of learning for new heating technologies and a solution-oriented way of thinking. You have a class B licence and communicate safely in German (C1 level).
