Site Manager Rescue Service

As a location managerin/waking area managerin, you take a central leadership role and decisively shape the quality and strategic development of the rescue service in your region. Your responsible tasks include: Operational leadership & quality management: You are responsible for the organisation, monitoring and continuous improvement of your lifeguard's operational daily business. In doing so, you ensure compliance with the Rescue Service Act as well as the occupational health rules and actively participate in quality management. Discipline team leadership & personnel development: You take the disciplinary leadership of your teams in line with our corporate values and establish confidence through your role model function. Through regular meetings, you support cooperative and professional cooperation and have direct influence on recruitment management and personnel development. Stakeholder Management & Communication: You act as a central contact person for important stakeholders such as the rescue service provider and the works council and participate in regular employer talks. Strategic cooperation: You actively support the implementation of strategic regional development measures and help shape the future of Falck in your region.

Management competence: A pronounced self-employment, target orientation as well as willingness to decide and change are the key. You also convince by high empathy and the ability to delegate tasks and resolve conflicts. Working methods & methodology You are an organizational institution with a pronounced 'Hands-on-Mentiality' and a strong priority and problem-solving competence. A pronounced customer orientation and a clear understanding of service are of course for you. Digital Fitness: You are routined in dealing with MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) and brings a high IT affinity and preferably experience with service plan systems. Qualification & Experience: You are a qualified emergency respondent*in. Alternatively, you will bring a comparable qualification through many years of experience in the rescue service or in a commercial, social or medical field.
