Collection of orders in SAP S/4 Hana after the order has been entered and the order confirmations are maintained Ensuring delivery dates and other milestones in the supply chain Maintenance and updating of relevant information to ensure visibility of all status Detection and derivation of measures Control of warehouse service providers in the goods entry process Examination, confirmation and approval of goods and service provider invoices Designing process improvements Optimization of existing SAP solutions in close cooperation with the team and IT Implementation of SAP upgrade tests Support in the digitization of processes

Successfully completed studies (trade/logistics) or comparable commercial training (large and foreign trade) Experience from the day-to-day business of the operative purchase of commercial goods internationally Funded MS Office knowledge, knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or R/3 Interdisciplinary, structured and intrinsically motivated approach Fun at work in an international, growing team Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English in word and writing
