Practice Manager - Team Leadership / Organization / Processes (m/f/d)

You take the disciplinary leadership of the entire team of your practice: TFA, service employees and veterinarians. The senior veterinarian/terinarian supports you as a medical: You are the first contact person:in for the team, clear, reliability and leadership – also in emotionally challenging situations You actively shape a healthy team culture: through well-prepared onboarding, regular feedback talks, development of employees and measures to strengthen cohesion You bring empathy together with enforcing power – you listen, but also decide clearly and in the sense of the whole You coordinate all organizational processes – from orders to bills to shift plans – with a clear view to priorities and resources You monitor and optimize internal processes in everyday practice, for example at reception and in cooperation between veterinarians, veterinarians and TFA You ensure compliance with legal requirements (hygiene, data protection, work protection, fire protection) – reliable and predictive You use time, human resources and material efficiently – without saving quality Together with the senior veterinarian/terinarian, you regularly analyze the performance of practice – qualitatively and economically You know the operational and financial goals of practice and consistently evaluate your action You recognize bottlenecks early, reagiers flexible and focused to achieve goals Perspectively, you take the lead of up to two filu spaxes in your city – focusing on sustainable growth and excellent quality

You have a completed training in health care (e.g. as TFA or MFA) and brings in-depth experience in everyday practice You have ideally first leadership experience – but most importantly, your willingness to take responsibility and develop yourself in this role You are happy to lead a team, set clear limits and represent the employers' side with conviction You set priorities, make decisions quickly – and are also in stressful situations:e dependable:r You are strong in communication: open, clear and at the same time empathic in dealing with different personalities You organize yourself and your team structured, work efficiently and love developing processes You are digitally affin, pragmatic, solution-oriented – and feel comfortable in a modern, dynamic working environment You see humor, optimism and team spirit not as fleas, but as part of your professional self-understanding
