Our experts in department coordination, real estate management, portfolio management, building and building management as well as environmental and energy management support all phases of our diverse portfolio under one roof. As one of the key tasks of the next decade, we see the transition to an ecologically and economically sustainable self-sufficiency and external care of our service buildings, data centers and rehabilitation facilities, CO2-conscious and forward-looking. With a long-term perspective, we will implement modern and customer-oriented rehabilitation facilities and working environments for our 26000 colleagues, who will ensure a smooth running of the core business of the DRV Bund.

In the role of the expert builder's representative*in a special trust position for our modernization and new construction projects, you assume responsibility for your part of electrical engineering. This allows you to contribute to a long-term and medium-term use of real estate, which ensures the smooth operation of the core business of the German Pension Insurance Confederation: Their core task is the quality assurance of externally provided planning services in electrical engineering, all phases of the performance of HOAI up to the transfer to the operator. You take over the coordination and control of the services of external engineering offices and contractors You monitor compliance with the budget as well as appointments in the field of electrical engineering and propose (gene) control measures
