Werkstudent IT Operations & Governance (m/d) You're expecting As a working student*in IT Operations & Governance, you can support our IT everyday from 1st level support to process optimization according to ITIL. You work structured, close to business and collect valuable practical experience in governance, reporting and IT operations – flexible, practical and with real impact. The function is to be occupied at our location in Rostock.

Your tasks: Support in 1st Level Support (Ticket Editing, Analysis and Solution of Simple Incidents) Analysis and further development of existing processes by ITIL Maintenance, structuring and development of our technical documentation Creation and standardization of SOPs (standard operating procedures) Support in storage, asset management and ordering of IT hardware and software KPI tracking, reporting and governance issues Support for management in operational and organisational tasks

That's what you bring Current studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable First experience in IT environment or IT support of advantage Interest in ITIL, processes and structured work Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Very good German and good English skills Depending on whether you are in Bachelor's or Master's degree, we will pay you an hourly wage of 16 to 20 euros.
