♪ Your future responsibilities

As a boiling manager (m/w/d), you take over the management of a gastronomic company with all its facets. Your tasks include:

• Responsibility for organization, operation and economic efficiency
• Various preparation of fresh food and the creation of varied dishes from high-quality, fresh ingredients for our restaurant as well as catering events
• Daily preparation of about 100 food
• Ensuring our high quality standards in the kitchen and service
• Responsibility for goods and services
• Use of digital media and systems such as apps or merchandise management tools
• Implementation and control of all hygiene and HACCP requirements

Your profile

• Senior Consultant (m/w/d)
• Experience in gastronomy, kitchen or catering
• Excellent customer and service orientation and absolute friendliness at the guest
• Self-employed and structured work
• High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and flexibility
• Team skills and resilience – even in stressful situations, keep an overview
• Joy in cooking and interest in varied, creative recipe ideas
• Secure handling of MS Office applications and digital media
