The non-profit Education and Culture GmbH of the Gifhorn district unites the business units Kreisvolkshochschule (with the Kreiskunstschule), Kreismusikschule and the circular museums under one roof. Together we design the educational and cultural mandate in the Gifhorn district – open, diverse and forward-looking. The Circle Music School is more than a learning place, it is a cultural center with heart, creativity and quality. Strategic and conceptual development of the music school in close coordination with the management Technical, educational and organizational management of the College of Teachers Responsibility for personnel management, budget management and quality development Presentation of the Circle Music School in the public, in bodies and networks Development and maintenance of cooperation in education and culture Own active teaching activity of about 3 lessons per week

Completed university studies, combined with experience as a teacher in instrumental education Multiannual experience in music school, ideally with management function Management competence, communication strength and organisational skills Knowledge of personnel management, music school management and VdM structures Responsibility, empathy and joy in team work Ready for use in the evening hours and weekends Driving licence Class B and willingness to use private cars for service trips
