Shift Manager Automotive Logistics (m/f/d)

You're running your team from 60 to 90 employees so confidently through the day and clearly show how to run the tasks. You make sure that all orders are processed on time and reliably – quality of course included. If something goes wrong, you recognize it immediately and introduce smart and sustainable laying measures. You're looking for a clean and predictive personnel planning so that your team is optimally positioned. KPIs? No buzzword for you. Together with the team leaders, you ensure that all goals are achieved and kept transparent. You have an eye on order and structure – including hall care, area organization and layout optimization. Together with QHSE, you will create training materials that can really help and be used in practice. And you pass on your know-how: through training, coaching and clear instruction for your entire team.

You bring a technical or commercial training – ideally complemented by a further education as a master or technician as well as at least three years of relevant professional experience. You have solid process knowledge, complemented by experience with SAP. You already have leadership experience and know how to take people and motivate them. You trade with Drive, think economically and keep an overview even in challenging situations. Structure, organizational talent, flexibility and quality awareness are your strengths. You have a good idea of how to create transparency on a very large area – so as to see who does what at any time. You are a team player, communicate clearly and perform reliably. You can certainly master German on C1 level; English is a plus, but not a must.
