What you can do with us: You analyze processes in the financial and accounting sectors of the REWE Group and identify targeted automation and optimization potentials.

You develop smart solutions with technologies such as RPA, workflow automation, LLM’s or Agentic AI– from idea to implementation and accompany their introduction to the disciplines.

For a stable operation of our automation solutions – through monitoring and service for our RPA bots and other technologies – you are driving forward the further development of our internal service processes.

You support colleagues in the RGBS to independently apply automation solutions – through empowerment, coaching and know-how transfer.

You can also strategically design: Whether framework conditions, standards, innovations & new technologies or the further development of our area – your ideas and impulses are in demand.

What convinces us: You have a completed study or a comparable qualification in business, computer science or a related field. You bring at least first professional experience in process automation – or you have a strong interest in topics such as hyperautomation. Mind. first practical knowledge in relevant technologies and tools (e.g. UiPath, Power Platform, LLMs, RPA, AI Agentic). You go flexibly to new situations and quickly find new topics. You are convinced by the joy of innovation, self-responsibility and communication. You bring fluent German and good English skills.
