Trainers in the professional field of commercial training (m/f/d)

Planning and implementation of targeted exam preparation for trainees in the professions: seller, specialist trainee in dialogue marketing and merchant/woman in e-commerce Intermediation of test-relevant content in sales and consulting techniques, customer communication, online trading, marketing and campaign management, implementation of exam simulations: written tests, oral examinations and specialist discussions Analysis of learning levels and individual promotion of trainees Use of modern learning methods and digital tools (e.g. learning platforms, AI tools, chatbots) You support and promote the trainees with the aim of making them fit for the first labour market and of integrating them into the labour market.

You have a completed vocational training/study in the commercial sector of trade, marketing, e-commerce or comparable You are ideally trained (AEVO) You have experience in exam preparation and training You have rehabilitation-specific knowledge and skills or experience in dealing with less skilled and young people with disabilities You have a pronounced communication strength and pedagogical skills Their mode of operation is structured, motivating and practical You like to work in the team and continue to qualify
