Leadership and organisation: You conduct our team handling with eight employees at four locations and control the supply chain for all locations across Germany. Warehouse and delivery: One of your core tasks is to build, run a central warehouse and ensure that products are ready for delivery on time. Processes and logistics: Optimize, organize and implement processes in ERP: This is your passion and responsibility. Orders and settlements: From order to delivery and billing – you are responsible for order processing. Procurement: Also the selection of suppliers and the purchase are your area.

Commercial or technical training, ideally complemented by relevant further training or degree Internal Service Generalist:in with experience in responsible position: Supply Chain Management and e.g. order processing in the B2B environment Experience in leading small or larger teams – at least three years Change Leader with proven strengths in building, redesigning and optimising processes and structures as well as the ability to inspire people Macher Personality: entrepreneurial in action, pragmatic in action, quick in mind, good in organizing and communicating, safe in German and English
