Planning of complex new building, expansion and conservation measures for engineering works Action planning after performance phases 1-7 of HOAI Call, award and coordination of services by external engineering offices Cooperation and coordination with other trade unions, construction load carriers and public authorities Examination of building plans of complex construction projects Coordination and testing of pre-planning, design and execution planning for engineering projects Coordination with the creating internal or external professionals with regard to necessary improvements / supplements / modifications

Completed university degree (Dipl.-Ing (FH)/ Bachelor) in the field of civil engineering with specialization in construction, construction engineering or road construction Or comparable knowledge, skills and corresponding professional experience Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations of engineering and procurement Experience in the award and support of engineering contracts Driving licence Class B and readiness to carry a service car Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level C1 by GeR/CEFR) That would be desirable: Professional experience in the planning of engineering structures Knowledge of technical software iTWO Your personal strengths include: Embossed social and communicative competence Engaged, reliable, responsible, independent operation Teamability and independent, independent, conceptual and practical work Ability to secure target-oriented appearance and negotiation skills in handling engineering offices Expressed cost awareness and sense for economic solutions
