At the next possible time, support our #team developer of the Hardtwaldklinik I in full or part-time with 10.0-38,5 hours a week.

• You take care of rehabilitation for individual promotion of rehabilitation
• They work closely with doctors, psychologists, social workers and therapists and make an important contribution to the further development of rehabilitation processes
• They carry out the documentation carefully and actively contribute to quality assurance
• They communicate with the rehabilitators and their relatives
• You pay attention to compliance with all legal requirements and nursing standards

Your strengths

• A completed training as a examinated nursing professional or health care professional (m/w/d)
• Ideally experience or special interest in psychosomatics
• A high level of sensitivity, durability and reflectivity
• Pleasure of interdisciplinary cooperation and accompanying rehabilitation processes
• Engagement for a modern, person-centred nursing culture
• Basic knowledge of computer and MS Office applications
