Selection of suitable operators based on the desired application profile in close coordination with Customer Service Management / Sales Vehicle description and order Control of the necessary activities before FV start (including component upgrades, structural coordination, measurement technology, approval/ homologation) Creation of driving instructions to the operator incl. Defining review portfolio Create and maintain vehicle loan agreement documentation of the vehicle condition during vehicle transfer (SW stands, open deficiencies, range of functions) Creation of a regular reporting on the operation/experience of the FV fleet ensuring emergency technical updates during FV operation collect regular operator feedback and maintain technical operator contact (local service trips)

You have completed your studies in the field of automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or automotive technicians/master training You have knowledge of German and English in a reliable manner You are equipped with the class CE You are willing to take on occasional missions and work mostly in the office due to the activities/interfaces You have high social and intercultural competence and work structured and implementation-oriented and can also preserve professional and constructive handling against critical customers. You can easily abstract facts, prioritize and recognize fields of action independent Your strengths include team, communication skills and high level of self-initiative and enforcement strength You have at least 5 years of experience in testing environment in commercial vehicle and homologation ideally already with customer contact
