As Procurement Manager - Modules (m/w/d), you play a central role in designing our supply chain and our product cost structure. You are responsible for the development of sourcing strategies, the management of international suppliers and the management of costs, quality and innovation across complex modules and assemblies. In close cooperation with engineering and cross-sector teams, you actively contribute to the competitiveness and long-term success of our projects. Your tasks

Strategic procurement of modules and assemblies over the entire product lifecycle Development and implementation of Commodity, Modul and Sourcing strategies Selection, evaluation and further development of national and international suppliers Preparation and implementation of contract, price and commercial negotiations Implementation of cost analyses (TCO, Should-Costing, Benchmarking) Close cooperation with R&D, Quality, Production and Logistics Supplier management with focus on quality, costs, delivery performance and innovation Participation in transnational projects (e.g. new product development, make-or-buy decisions) Identification and implementation of cost optimization, standardisation and improvement potentials Continuous market and technology analyses for early detection of risks and opportunities Creation of purchase reports and implementation of cost analyses

Complete studies in the field of economic engineering, business management, mechanical engineering or in a comparable course of studies Multiannual experience in strategic purchasing, ideally in module or group purchase Strong technical understanding for modules, assemblies and manufacturing processes Embossed negotiating, communication and stakeholder management skills Strategic, Analytical and Structured Operation Experience in project management and cross-departmental cooperation Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. Business Central) and MS Office Very good knowledge of English; German and Chinese knowledge are beneficial National and international readiness
