As Industry CTO Financial Services (w/m/x), you understand the current challenges of our customers and know developing (technology) trends in the corresponding industry. Through the integration of technology competence and business understanding, you can show customers solutions for their problems and opportunities and also evaluate the impact of technology on their business. This integrated perspective allows you, together with our CPs, to win new projects, to improve our delivery quality in existing engagements and to install our portfolio more competitively through innovation and co-creation (with customers). You will record the entire NTT DATA or NTT Ltd (technology) portfolio and translate our competencies into added value for our customers. With your knowledge of industry-specific architectures and systems in the banking and financial services sector, you are looking at decision-makers (e.g. CIO, CTO) as a Trusted Advisor. In your role you report to the Head of Industry Line.

You have successfully completed your studies in (economic) computer science, business management, economic engineering or comparable training. You bring deep technology knowledge and skills in the development and interpretation of industry architectures and business models. You have knowledge of relevant technology delivery models, such as DevSecOps, Shoring etc., domain models and relevant technology trends in banking and financial services. You have competencies in evaluating Emerging Tech Trends on industrial domains as well as experience in target operating model design and in the professional leadership and motivation of interdisciplinary teams. You could demonstrate your strong communication skills in the field of workshop methods and moderation. Mobility for customer projects and knowledge of German and English in a reliable manner complete your profile.
