Customer support & contract management: Active support of our individual business customers in the electricity and natural gas segments. These include a professional contract management, the creation of meaningful reports and presentations as well as a comprehensive offer management including Documentation of relevant customer information. Sales Campaigns & Tariff Calculations: Support in the implementation of sales campaigns, tariff calculations in the private customer segment Strom & Gas and an exchange portal management incl. Monitoring our sales products in terms of performance Document Management: Responsibility for comprehensive document management across all customer groups in the area of the Commodities Electricity and Natural Gas Procurement strategies: Implementation of procurement strategies in the electricity and natural gas segments Market observation: Continuous observation of the relevant Commodity markets (gas, electricity, coal, oil, CO2) Reports: Data management and implementation of the daily processes in the EDM system including the creation of meaningful reports for e.g.

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with additional qualification in the field of data management or comparable training in the economic field and/or studies Professional experience in the energy industry, like sales and energy trading or portfolio management High customer and IT affinity for compiling calculations and customer offers as well as reporting Friendly, constructive and success-oriented customer transition and pronounced analytical skills as well as the ability to structure and prioritize tasks independently Reliability, teamability and collegial handling
