Development of construction projects and maintenance measures from basic position determination to object support Planning of technical installations focusing on news technology for new, re- and extension buildings (e.g. financial offices, ministries) Coordination with other project participants and regular participation in construction projects Creation of performance directories including subsequent examination of the offers Control and verification of services freelance workers in execution up to acceptance Participation in the creation of energy and infrastructure planning

Completed study of the field of communication technology or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience Experience in the planning and implementation of construction measures, ideally in all phases of the HOAI You are distinguished by their team capacity and support their colleagues to achieve common goals. You communicate clearly and precisely in word and writing of the German language You are convinced by a strong communication strength and your commitment You have an economic understanding and an overall understanding of technically complex conditions. IT affinity in handling the programs to be used, e.g. MS Office applications You have a class B/3 driver's licence and a service service provider within Schleswig-Holstein
