After purchasing the factory, we would like to set up the factory for the future and therefore seek a civil engineer (w/m/d) with the following tasks. Responsibility for the innovation and adaptation of production facilities and plant buildings in the vicinity of a large industrial plant (LPH1-9) Instruction of projects and support for external planning offices and services Guidance and implementation of construction projects, e.g. planning of construction designs, cost and time planning, construction coordination Organisation of digital planning documents for the infrastructure of production facilities and buildings Completion of short-term design adjustments and statistical testing and pre-calculation of projects technical contact for the construction authorities as part of ongoing measures

completed studies in the field of civil engineering, construction engineering, architecture/structure planning or comparable existing knowledge in the planning and execution of production plants and plant buildings existing experience of technical regulations and framework conditions such as building regulations or fee law comprehensive knowledge of construction techniques, statics and tendering software strong communication capability paired with a cooperative working style
