Independent and responsible processing of MD test methods incl. EV Analysis of MD results and systematic identification of recurring test priorities Development and implementation of measures to reduce risk of testing and proceeding Advising medical specialist areas in medical controlling issues Independent processing and coordination of QS cases Ensuring the timely processing and transmission of QS-relevant data Creation and further development of statistics, key figures and analyses Compilation of regular reports and evaluations for medical controlling and hospital management deriving concrete recommendations for action from the analysis results Independent processing and quality assurance of § 21 data Identification of optimization and improvement potentials Supporting the areas of expertise in improving documentation quality Monitoring and evaluation of legal and regulatory changes Support in implementing new requirements and legal requirements Representation of the Head of Medical Controlling Technical support and contact personin for the employees of the medical controller Contact personin for medical, nursing and administrative areas with higher-level medical controlling issues

Completed training or studies, in the field of health management, health economics, medical controlling, nursing management, medicine or comparable discipline Alternatively, a comparable qualified training with several years of relevant professional experience in medical controlling Multiannual professional experience in the medical controlling of a hospital Based knowledge of stationary accounting and relevant coding and documentation bases Experience in the processing of MD exams and in the field of legal quality assurance Good knowledge of relevant legal and legal regulations Experience with § 21 data and their quality assurance Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel Experience in creating and interpreting key figures and evaluations Embossed Analytical and Structured Thinking Power Ability to quickly capture complex facts and to prepare them in a comprehensible manner High numbers and data affinity Independent, solution-oriented and conscientious operation Outstanding sense of responsibility Communication strength and safe occurrence Enforcement capability with a strong team and cooperation capability Ability to derive concrete recommendations from data and results Joy of interdisciplinary cooperation Willingness to take responsibility and actively shape processes Management experience or experience in the professional guidance of employees is desirable
