Head of Maintenance Planning ECM III

At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as head: in maintenance planning ECM III (w/m/d) for DB Bahnbau Group GmbH at the Königsborn site (Biederitz). As Head:in ECM III, you are responsible for the ECM III function of the fleet and ensure the legally compliant, safe, economic and effective maintenance management. You are responsible for compliance with the requirements of the ECM Regulation and for the continuous further development of the ECM III organization unit. Your tasks: You assume the business responsibility for the organization unit ECM III, including the associated entrepreneurial obligations Your responsibility lies in the strategic and operational management of the maintenance management for the car fleet supervised and you ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and internal requirements You are responsible for defining maintenance scope and maintenance content, as well as for the timely supply of vehicles for maintenance and their safe restart You represent the interests of the holder and ensure the necessary information and reporting to all relevant stakeholders: You tax internal and external workshops as well as service providers:inside and responsible for the associated order and performance management As a basis for safe and legally compliant vehicle use, you are responsible for the vehicle records, operating accounting and maintenance documentation The functionality and operational reliability of the technical equipment and resources required for maintenance are guaranteed You are auditing external maintenance partners:inside and continuously develop standards, processes and governance structures within the ECM organization
