Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Your tasks: • Customer service and consulting for customers of our partner company • receipt of orders and their forwarding by telephone • scheduling and coordination • Updating master data • Processing of new contact requests • Professional customer support via telephone and email • Ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional and friendly communication • Compliance with internal quality standards to ensure service quality

Your qualifications: • Complete commercial training with success • Previous experiences in the customer service area are advantageous • Safe handling of MS Office applications • Excellent knowledge of German is essential • Additional language skills are estimated • Enthusiasm for telephone customer contact • Strong communicative skills • Excellent service and customer orientation • Reliability and meticulous operation • Teamability, Flexibility and Loadability
