IT & Digital Transformation Management (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the further development of the digital target architecture of the site with a focus on scalability, wartability and sustainability Analysis of business requirements and translation into digital solutions, business cases and implementable IT strategies Design and further development of the IT/OT and integration landscape and definition of clear system and data responsibilities Building a modern integration and data architecture to support smart story, reporting and digitalization initiatives Control and support of ERP, MES and other digitalization projects – from conception to successful implementation Assessment of new technologies and implementation of structured proofs of concept with focus on business benefits and cost-effectiveness Ensuring sustainable IT governance in cybersecurity, compliance, architecture standards and resilience Development of the local IT team as well as the promotion of modern, service-oriented cooperation with the departments Control and expert evaluation of external IT service providers, technology partners and software providers Close cooperation with the international IT functions of the Technoform Group and active exchange of best practices and standards

You have a degree in computer science, economic informatics, engineering, automation or production technology or a comparable qualification or relevant practical experience Multiannual experience in IT, digitalization, enterprise architecture or industrial IT, ideally in the production environment You bring detectable experience in transformation and digitization projects as well as in the handling of complex process, system and data landscapes with Funded understanding of ERP/MES, IT/OT, integration, cloud and data architectures; Knowledge of Smart Factory, Industrial IoT, Cybersecurity or IT governance are beneficial A strong understanding of business and production as well as the ability to align technological solutions to business benefits, you will be able to You bring leadership and stakeholder management as well as experience in managing external IT and technology partners with Communication and enforcement strength as well as a structured, solution- and quality-oriented operation You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
