As part of a follow-up scheme, we are looking for a medium-sized sales professional (m/w/d) with strong leadership characteristics that significantly contributes to the further growth of the company. Responsible leadership for experienced automotive sales professionals Professional and disciplinary leadership of an international sales team with 6 sales managers and several internal service employees Identification and development of new market potentials and product groups acquisition of new business and personal care of key customers; responsible conduct of price and contract negotiations Creation of the annual sales budget and short, medium and long-term sales planning Close cooperation with product development Continuous market observation and participation in trade fairs, congresses, etc.

Successfully completed studies (e.g. BWL, Sales & Marketing, Industrial Engineering) or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in managing an international sales team in a medium-sized company in the automotive supply industry Extensive sales experience focusing on vehicle interior, ideally in the field of technical textiles for seating and acoustic applications Detectable successes in the acquisition of new business and business development Excellent leadership and pronounced social competence in handling customers and employees English language skills
