We are looking for a general leadership for our regional association Ostthüringen, based in Gera. Together with a two-member board body, the task is the personal, technical, economic and organizational management of the regional association. More detailed rules are laid down in a common Rules of Procedure of the Regional Board. At least one member of the regional board is volunteering. You will be a member of a team of dedicated regional executives in the Sachsen-Anhalt/Thüringen Regional Association with whom you will be in collegial exchange. The annual turnover of the regional association is currently 22 million. Euro. The current service areas are characterised in particular by outpatient care, daycare facilities and rescue services. You are a leading person, who takes responsibility and in dialogue with the Board of Management and your management team is driving forward-looking and innovative development of the Regional Association. You continuously expand the range of services in different areas and ensure the highest possible quality and the cost-effectiveness of the service. You lead and motivate the approximately 416 general and voluntary employees in the sense of the masterpiece of the Johannites. You develop a powerful network and represent the regional association in the public and in relation to cost providers.
