Electrical design in EPLAN: power and control circuit diagrams, overview and block diagrams and interface sheets Terminal plans, cable and line lists, connection plans, lists and order documents Cabinet Layouts and Construction Planning: Assembly Panels, Door Structures, Cable Inserts and Cable Paths, Separation of Disturbances, Grounding and Screening Concept Selection and arrangement of the means of operation: circuit breakers, contactors, fuses, terminals, power supplies, controllers, transducers, protective devices, including wiring and marking specifications Design and verification: fuse and conductor cross-sections, short-circuit strength and selectivity, supply and protection concepts, heat balance and power loss balance in the cabinet Construction in accordance with the applicable standards for switchgear combinations and the electrical equipment of machines, including detection control, CE conformity and coordination with test points Maintenance of product master files, macro technology, standard parts and project templates as well as clean change and revision management tuning the interfaces to the mechanical package design and to the control software Technical support of control cabinet manufacturers and suppliers: technical inquiries, initial sample survey, factory acceptance, test instructions and EOL tests as well as evaluation of deviations Preparation of design reviews and documentation of design decisions in Jira and Confluence.

Technicians, Bachelor or Engineer in Electrical Engineering or Similar For entry: first professional experience in electrical construction. For the senior: multiannual experience, about five to ten years, in electrical engineering construction of switchgear and switchgear cabinets Very good EPLAN know-how, in particular Electric P8, and safe work with article master, macros and project structure Experience in creating current schedules, terminal and cable schedules, unit lists and switch cabinet layouts Practice in switchgear and switchgear cabinet construction, i.e. knowledge of how a cabinet is actually constructed, wired and tested Knowledge of the applicable standards for switchgear combinations and for electrical equipment of machines Negotiating English because part of the team and customers are sitting in the USA Ready to travel around 10 to 20 % Of advantage, but no need EPLAN Pro Panel, 3D Building Planning, Data Portal, EEC or Similar Automation of Construction Experience with aggregates and generator switching systems: excitation, synchronization, load distribution, protection mid-voltage switchgear, frequency converter and power distribution in mobile systems Transformer EMV, interference resistance and cable routing in cramped container structures US Standard World: NEC and NFPA 70 UL508A Industrial communication and telemetry, fieldbuses, Ethernet topologies in the cabinet PDM or PLM, unit list and change processes, ERP connection Atlassian (Jira and Confluence) and Odoo You don't meet every point?
