Operational support of employees (m/w/d) within a defined business area Interface function in the entire personnel procurement process Support for professionals and executives in labour law and personal issues as well as contact persons for the works council Cooperation with our HR Services (Recruiting Center & Payroll) Designing and establishing efficient and uniform HR processes Self-employed, solution-oriented processing of labour law issues Participation in cross-site projects

Successfully completed economic studies, preferably with a focus on personnel or labour law First professional experience in the searched field, ideally in a collective industrial company Knowledge of the right to work and social security benefits Routinized handling of the current MS Office applications as well as experiences with HR software, in particular SAP HCM and Success Factors Good English knowledge of word and writing Team and communication skills as well as independent working discretion, sense of responsibility and readiness
