Projektmanager (m/w/d) Ensuring a neat and well maintained appearance of buildings and land Implementation of maintenance work on buildings, garden and outdoor facilities and winter service support Maintenance and repair services by external service providers Service and service operations Supporting the car pool vehicles Careful and economical handling of equipment, machines, tools and equipment Regular feedback to the supervisors at appointments, their duration, deviations or delays

A completed artisanal or technical training, for example in the field of plant mechanics, electrical engineering, sanitary/heating, metal construction, building technology or a comparable qualification Ideally experience in building and plant maintenance, in a commercial or industrial environment Basic knowledge of domestic engineering (heating, sanitary, electrical) as well as craftsmanship Class B driving licence Good knowledge of German in word and writing A reliable and independent operation
