Take over the project management of demanding building projects in the field of healthcare across all project phases of project management and project management Creating feasibility studies at the start of the project to control the commissioning of the implemented projects guarantee functional, representative and economic requirements Proactive coordination and control of cooperation between all project participants and external contacts Control of dates, costs and building qualities technical, economic and organizational construction advice from our customers for tailor-made achievement of goals in the project and manage existing customer relationship and first contact person in all matters

Successfully completed studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering or economic engineering or comparable qualifications Insufficient professional experience in the project management in the field of healthcare/health buildings, preferably from project management or from general planning or construction management offices Found professional experience in the management of healthcare and health projects, ideally with background in project management, general planning or construction management Experience in dealing with the necessary rules (HOAI, VOB, LBO, etc.) and safe handling of MS Office knowledge (especially Excel), knowledge in MS Project Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, good knowledge of English Willingness to occasionally project-dependent journeys High consulting competence, interdisciplinary thinking and joy in developing innovative solutions
