Teamlead Operations Controlling Central (m/f/d)

You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership and coordination of the Operations Controlling Central team and are superordinately responsible for achieving the goals set You promote the development and motivation of your team members through regular feedback and coaching You coordinate the tasks in the team and make sure that tasks are done efficiently and on time You are the interface between your team and other internal stakeholders and ensure smooth communication You develop strategies for continuous improvement of team performance and responsible controlling processes You are responsible with your team for carrying out the controlling processes of the centrally operated business units You guide active and holistic advice as a stimulus to the control-relevant key figures and objectives Through strong networking within the area, you can focus on cause-effect relationships and thus advance corporate governance You proactively shape the transformation process for the department and your team

You have relevant professional experience in coordinating and controlling teams or employees You have several years of control experience, preferably in the operational field You have pronounced analytical and conceptual skills and have a strong number and process affinity You understand complex facts and reports to analyze and derive control impulses and measures Your communication strength also allows you to give employees security in challenging situations You have preferably successfully completed your studies with the focus on business management You have good knowledge of how to deal with MS-Office as well as BI tools such as SAP BO or Tableau You describe your working style as a solution-oriented, combined with empathy, team spirit and resilience
