About us At the Ilmenau site you play a key role in the further development of our Lean and Six-Sigma culture. With methodological excellence, persuasiveness and a strong vision for processes, you are driving forward sustainable improvements and making a measurable contribution to corporate success. Your duties Development and control of the location-wide Lean-Six-Sigma roadmap in close cooperation with the location management and the Lean Champions Planning, implementation and moderation of Lean and Six-Sigma projects, Kaizen workshops and Blue Sky formats Ensuring the measurability of improvement measures including tracking through suitable key figures and tools Conception and implementation of training and training (e.g. Lean Basics, 5S, A3, SMED, Green- & White-Belt) Coaching and professional support of employees and project leaders for the sustainable anchoring of the Lean culture Identification of cost and efficiency potentials through value flow analyses, MTM studies and structured process optimization Your profile Master's degree in engineering, natural or economic science Multiannual experience (approx. 3-5 years) in the Lean transformation of an industrial production environment Six-Sigma-Black-Belt certification and well-founded knowledge of common Lean methods Practice in project management, cost analysis and ideally first leadership experience Very good knowledge of English as well as pronounced moderations, communication and enforcement High readiness for change, analytical thinking and the ability to inspire people for improvements Your Benefit As open as SCHOTT is for your further development, our offer of additional benefits is as extensive.
