Tasks

Your task is the loving care and support of children and young people. You give them and, if necessary, their guardians safety and help them to strengthen their resources for a successful return. For up to two children/young people, you take care of their references and wake up their competences for relationship design and everyday management. Crises accompany you sovereignly, but are also happy to be there for ease and plan and accompany free-time educational offers and holidays. You take contacts with youth offices and legal representatives at eye level, communicate transparently at any time and possibly accompany them. Help plan procedures competently. You document the help course reliably and easily in the current programs. If necessary, you accompany the visit of offices and courts and work closely with networking partners such as schools, therapists etc.

What we expect You have a socio-pedagogical or psychological degree and already a few years of relevant professional experience in individual case work (help planning) and group work. You have a positive attitude to work with children and young people in challenging situations of life. In addition to your good knowledge of binding work, you have a collapsing set of methods that support your high educational claim in work with young people. You bring a lot of empathy into your heart's job and you're professionally going around with the space between proximity and distance. You stand on the ground with both legs and stay focused on the topics. You find teamwork great, like to actively shape everyday work and reflect your behavior to grow as a human being. You can imagine working in shiftwork and having a class B license.
